Sunday appointments carry a $25 fee.

Before you come

Four things that keep your appointment smooth — and keep you from picking up a fee.

  1. Wash & blow it outArrive with clean hair, blown out and free of any oils. Skipping this adds a $15 fee — and oil is provided at your service anyway.
  2. Send your inspoText your inspiration picture to the number below before your appointment, especially for freestyle, stitch and Fulani designs.
  3. Bring what’s not includedMost braid styles include the hair. Locs, quick weaves and sew-ins need you to bring packs or bundles — each style page says exactly what.
  4. Come with cash & timeCash only. Styles run from 1 to 8 hours, so eat beforehand and plan your day around the time listed.

Booking policies

Please read these before you book — booking an appointment means you agree to them.

Deposit

All services require a $22 non-refundable deposit (unless I’m accountable). $20 of it comes straight off your total; $2 is a processing fee that doesn’t.

Late policy

Please arrive on time. If you’re running late, communicate with me — there’s a $15 fee past 15 minutes.

Cancelling & rescheduling

Let me know if you need to cancel. You get ONE reschedule with your initial deposit. No-calls and no-shows are banned from booking.

Payment

Cash only. No other form of payment is accepted — please come prepared.

Guests

No extra guests unless they’re being serviced. One parent may stay if the child is 8 or younger.

Must know

Come with your hair blown out and free of any oils, or there’s a $15 fee. Oil is provided during your service.
